Browse our products, find something you love, and click "Request This Product". Fill out the short form with your details and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Do I pay online?
No. After you submit an order request, we will contact you to confirm availability, final price, and shipping cost. Payment details will be arranged at that point.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Sweden typically takes 2–5 business days. Other EU countries take 5–10 business days. Made-to-order items require additional production time, which is shown on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and package size. We will confirm the exact cost after you submit your order request, before any payment is required.
Can I customise a product?
Some products offer personalisation options. Look for the "Personalization available" note on the product page. You can add details in your order request.
What does "Made to Order" mean?
Made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you after you place your request. This means they require additional production time, but ensures each piece is made with care for you.
What is your return policy?
Since each product is handcrafted and often made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
Do you ship outside Europe?
